Terms & Conditions:

1. Advance payments received are non refundable and non transferable.
2. Payment should be made within 7 days after receipt of the Proforma Invoice. Delayed payments will attract an interest fee of 18% per annum.
3. All payments shall be made by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft/Bank Transfer in favor of 'Macwill Information Systems' Payable at Hoshiarpur, Punjab (India).
4. Bank Charges (if any) incurred during payment transfer shall be borne by the client.
5. In case of failure to pay the invoice despite reminders, the company shall reserve the right to proceed legally against the client. Company shall also reserve the right to withdraw or suspend all or some of its services to the client, till such time that the invoice's is/are settled.
6. In the event of any cancellation of the services, the company shall forfeit the initial advances paid.
7. All disputes are subjected to Hoshiarpur Jurisdiction only.
